As her family falls apart right in front of her eyes, 20-year-old Laine gets introduced to Riga’s underground raves where she experiences love and slowly begins to lose connection with reality.
Matiss Kaza is a Latvian filmmaker. He holds a degree in Film & TV from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After working on several award-winning documentaries and an experimental theatre-film hybrid, he is set to debut with his first narrative feature ‘Neon Spring’. As a producer, he is working on several projects, including animation. He has directed three feature length films before this one named At the Movies (2020), Wild East (2021), The Taste of Water (2022)
