Manuel (Miguel Herrán – ‘Money Heist’, ‘Elite’), is a young accountant convicted to an excessive 20- year sentence for having embezzled the equivalent of 1,200 Euros. Aided by his cellmate Pino (Javier Gutiérrez – Silver Shell and Goya Award-winner – ‘Below Zero’, ‘Marshland’, ‘The Motive’), Manuel will become the leader of a movement that will unite all prisons in the fight for freedom and change prison laws and society forever.

He is a regular at the San Sebastian Film Festival but his works have also been in the Selections of Berlinale, Toronto International, Tribeca, Rome, London, JeonJu, Guadalajara, Shanghai among others.
