Paris, and already winter. Sarah and Jean love each other. They have lived together for several years. Their love makes them happy and strong as a couple. There is mutual trust, and the desire never dies down. One morning (by chance?) Sarah crosses paths with François who was the one who had introduced her to Jean. And it is François she had left for Jean without hesitation.
Claire Denis is a French filmmaker and writer. Her films include ‘Beau Travail’(1999), ‘Trouble Every Day’ (2001), ‘35 Shots of Rum’ (2008), ‘White Material’ (2009) and ‘High Life’ (2018). Her film ‘Stars at Noon’ competed for the Palme d’Or at Cannes 2022. She won the Grand Prix sharing the award with Lukas Dhont’s film ‘Close’.
