At age 32, Elena is a theatre director who finds she cannot conceive ever. Trying therapies to get pregnant and failing to convince her husband Leon, 50, to stay with her in Bulgaria and to keep trying, Elena develops a successful life – transforming theatre program for orphans. She is invited to do the same in Kenya, where there are a number of orphans. Elena has to choose between having her own child or helping thousands of orphans. Inspired by a true story.
